We will send one of our home improvement experts round at a time that suits you. We can usually take measurements within 15 minutes and a cuppa is not mandatory, but we wouldn’t say no. Our aim is to be as efficient with your time and ours as we possibly can.
Design
The design element of any project is the part, which can accumulate the most amount of time. We are more then willing to look and advise on possible alternatives, however we will take our direction from you, should you wish to explore alternatives we estimate this should take no more then an additional 15 minutes!

This is where the magic happens, no more unwanted salesmen sat in your lounge trained not to leave, no more hard sales techniques with ‘only available today’ discounts. We go to our list of approved suppliers and we get you 3 quotes.. its that simple.

What Happens Next?
Order
Once you have chosen your preferred supplier we will then fill out the paperwork with you, we will inform you which supplier you have chosen and take a deposit. Your contract will be with your supplier of choice and we will leave you a copy and their terms & conditions. At this point your supplier will send out a surveyor who will measure everything prior to manufacture, Don’t worry though.. we will still be here should you need us.
Manufacture
Time to put your feet up at this point as your order will now go in to the manufacturing process, this could take a little while but its a very precise process and you will want this done right, remember.. good things come to those who wait. During this process your supplier will contact you to discuss an installation date that suits you. It might be time to start clearing those window sills.
Install
And here we are.. the big day has arrived. Again, you will be informed by your supplier how long the installation should take and what time the fitters should arrive. The installation will include the removal and disposal of your old products and the fitting of your new ones.. a little 3 Quotes tip… do offer the installation engineers a cuppa when they arrive, especially in winter!
